1. Acceptance of the terms

By using the Mayli Restobar website (hereinafter 'the Website') or its ordering service, you confirm that you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

2. How the website works

On the Website you browse the menu and leave an order request. The order is not completed on the Website: once we receive your request, our staff will call you and agree all the details with you.

3. Ordering conditions

• The name and phone number you provide must be correct. If our operator cannot reach you by phone, the order may be cancelled.
• You choose the order type: takeaway or delivery. The time and the address are agreed with the operator by phone.
• Delivery is available within the city of Termez.
• For takeaway orders, the guest collects the order at the agreed time.
• Some menu items may be temporarily unavailable — the operator will confirm this during the call.

4. Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order until it has been agreed with our operator by phone. As the dishes are perishable, cancellation is not possible once preparation has started.

5. SMS messages

We only send a one-time confirmation code to the phone number you provide when ordering.
